Full Day Practitioner Room Rental
Service Description
The Minshara Life practitioner space is available for approved practitioners offering one-on-one sessions and small private experiences. Whether your practice includes intuitive readings, energy work, spiritual counseling, astrology, Human Design, mediumship, or other wellness and metaphysical services, our space is intended to provide a peaceful and welcoming environment for both practitioners and guests. Please note that Full Day Reservations are intended for practitioners who plan to be present and available throughout their reserved time. Reserving a full day means committing to the entirety of the store's operating hours for that day—not simply the times during which client appointments are scheduled. We encourage practitioners to use this time to connect with guests, share information about their offerings, and become an active part of the Minshara Life experience.
Cancellation Policy
This Agreement is between Minshara Life LLC ('Minshara Life') and the Practitioner booking the room. The Practitioner operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee of Minshara Life. Commitment: Practitioner agrees to offer services at Minshara Life a minimum of four (4) days per calendar month. Consistent days of the week are given priority. Fees: Practitioner shall pay $100 per scheduled practitioner day, with a minimum monthly commitment of $400. Payment is due on or before the 1st day of each month. Revenue: Practitioner retains 100% of revenue generated from their services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Marketing Partnership: Marketing is a shared responsibility. Minshara Life will include Practitioner in store, website, email, and social media marketing when possible. Practitioner agrees to actively promote their Minshara Life offerings through their own marketing channels and provide current photos, biographies, service descriptions, and promotional materials. Use of Likeness: Practitioner grants Minshara Life permission to use their name, business name, biography, logo, photographs, and service descriptions for promotional purposes. Professional Responsibilities: Practitioner is responsible for scheduling, client communications, taxes, licenses, certifications, and compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards. Insurance: Practitioner agrees to maintain professional liability insurance appropriate to their services and provide proof upon request. Space Usage: Practitioner agrees to leave all shared spaces clean, professional, and ready for the next practitioner or client. Practitioner is responsible for damages caused by negligence. Cancellations: Practitioner days cancelled with less than fourteen (14) days notice remain payable unless Minshara Life fills the date with another practitioner. Termination: This Agreement is month-to-month and may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days written notice. Practitioner Responsibility and Indemnification: Practitioner is solely responsible for the services they provide and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Minshara Life, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the Practitioner’s services, acts, omissions, negligence, or misconduct.
