Our space is thoughtfully designed to support meaningful connection, learning, and transformation. Nestled within Minshara Life's warm and inviting atmosphere, the space is ideal for intimate spiritual, metaphysical, wellness, and educational offerings of all kinds. Whether you're leading an intimate workshop, guided meditation, discussion group, or hands-on class, our space designed to offer a curated and comfortable atmosphere. Surrounded by crystals, apothecary offerings, and thoughtfully curated décor, participants are welcomed into an environment that encourages curiosity, reflection, and discovery. The space includes seating for workshops and lectures, with room for floor-based practices when appropriate. Facilitators are welcome to bring materials and teaching aids specific to their offerings. We encourage classes that foster learning, healing, creativity, and authentic connection within our growing community. Minshara Life is more than a venue—we are a collaborative community of practitioners, teachers, and seekers dedicated to creating meaningful experiences for all who enter our doors.
Cancellation Policy
This Agreement is entered into between Minshara Life LLC ("Minshara Life") and the ("Facilitator"). The Facilitator is an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Minshara Life. CLASS OFFERING Facilitator agrees to provide educational, wellness, spiritual, metaphysical, or related classes at mutually agreed-upon dates and times. Facilitator is solely responsible for the content and delivery of all classes. REVENUE SHARING Class registration revenue shall be divided as follows: 75% to Facilitator 25% to Minshara Life Payments will be made via cash or Venmo within seven (7) business days following class completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. MARKETING Marketing is a shared responsibility. Minshara Life may promote classes through its website, social media, email marketing, and in-store materials. Facilitator agrees to actively market their classes and provide current biographies, photographs, logos, class descriptions, and other promotional materials as requested. USE OF LIKENESS Facilitator grants Minshara Life permission to use their name, business name, biography, logo, photographs, and class descriptions for promotional purposes related to classes offered at Minshara Life. FACILITATOR RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitator is responsible for preparing class materials, maintaining any required licenses or certifications, complying with applicable laws, reporting and paying their own taxes, and providing instructional materials unless otherwise agreed. SPACE USAGE Facilitator agrees to respect the facility, leave the classroom clean and orderly, promptly remove personal materials, and accept responsibility for damages caused by negligence or misuse. INSURANCE Facilitator agrees to maintain professional and/or general liability insurance appropriate to their activities and provide proof of coverage upon request. REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE Minshara Life may assist with registration and payment collection but does not guarantee attendance levels or revenue. CANCELLATIONS Classes may be cancelled or rescheduled by mutual agreement or due to unforeseen circumstances, including safety concerns, facility issues, weather events, or insufficient enrollment. Facilitator cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days before a scheduled class may affect future scheduling opportunities. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STATUS Facilitator acknowledges they are not entitled to employee benefits, workers' compensation, unemployment
